The short version
Andora is a desktop application that runs entirely on your local computer. We don't operate servers that store your files, device data, screen recordings, or any other personal information. The app communicates with our license server only to verify your Pro license.
What we never see: your APKs, screen recordings, files, logcat output, device serial numbers, IMEI, contacts, photos, or any device content.
What we collect
License verification (Pro users only)
When you activate a Pro license, your email address is sent to our server to validate the purchase. We store the license-key ↔ email mapping. We do not link this to any device or content data.
Anonymous diagnostics (opt-in)
If you opt in during onboarding, Andora sends anonymized crash reports — operating system version, Andora version, the stack trace of the crash. No filenames, no contents, no device identifiers. You can turn this off any time in Settings → Privacy.
Auto-update checks
On startup, Andora pings updates.getandora.in with the current version number to check whether a new release is available. This request includes only your Andora version and OS version.
What we don't collect
- The contents of any APK, file, screenshot, or recording
- Device identifiers (IMEI, serial, IP address) beyond what's needed for the live app's UI
- Logcat output, app data, contacts, or any device content
- Browsing or usage analytics inside the app
Cookies on this website
The marketing website (getandora.in) uses Google Analytics for traffic measurement. You can opt out using a browser extension or by enabling Do Not Track. We don't use targeted advertising cookies.
Third-party services
- Razorpay / Stripe — payment processing for Pro purchases. They handle card data; we never see it.
- Google Sign-In — used for license activation. We receive your email address only.
- Cloudflare R2 — hosts our website assets and changelog data.

Changes to this policy
If we change this policy in any way that affects how we handle your data, we'll update this page and notify Pro users by email. Minor wording changes may happen without notification.
