1. Acceptance
By downloading, installing, or using Andora, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the software.
2. License grant
Free tier: we grant you a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use Andora's free features on personal and commercial Windows machines you own or operate.
Pro license: a one-time purchase grants a perpetual license to use all Pro features on the number of seats purchased. The license is per-device — for additional Windows PCs, purchase additional seats or a Team license.
You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute Andora's installer or binaries. You may not reverse-engineer the app except where permitted by law.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Andora to:
- Install, distribute, or facilitate the distribution of malware
- Access devices you don't own or have explicit permission to manage
- Violate any applicable law (e.g. distributing pirated APKs)
- Bypass paid-content protection on apps you didn't purchase
We don't monitor what you do with the app. You're responsible for your own use.
4. Updates and changes
Andora updates automatically. Updates may add, change, or remove features. We aim never to remove features that are core to a tier you purchased; if we must, we'll notify Pro users in advance.
5. Refunds
We offer refunds within 7 days of Pro purchase if Andora doesn't meet your needs. Request a refund via the form or email support. Refunds are processed within 5 business days.
6. Disclaimers
Andora is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We don't guarantee the software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with every device. Always back up your device before doing destructive operations.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Andora's liability for any claim related to the software is limited to the amount you paid for your Pro license in the 12 months preceding the claim. We're not liable for lost data, lost profits, or consequential damages.
8. Termination
You can stop using Andora at any time — uninstall the app from Windows and you're done. We may terminate a Pro license for a serious breach of these terms (e.g. license-key fraud), in which case we'll refund the purchase price.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Bengaluru, India.
