Software License Agreement

This Software License Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of Andora ("Software"), a Windows application for Android device management developed by Andora.

1. Grant of License

Free Version: Andora grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the free features of the Software for personal and commercial purposes at no charge.

Pro Version: Upon purchasing a Pro license, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use all features of the Software on the number of devices specified by your license tier.

2. License Types

Pro License: Permits use on a single device. One-time purchase with lifetime access and all future updates.
Team License: Permits use on up to 5 devices. One-time purchase with lifetime access and all future updates.

3. Restrictions

You may not:

Copy, modify, or distribute the Software
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
Sell, sublicense, rent, or lease the Software to third parties
Share or transfer your license key to unauthorized users
Use the Software for any unlawful purpose

4. Intellectual Property

The Software and all associated intellectual property rights are owned by Andora. This Agreement does not grant you any ownership rights to the Software.

5. Third-Party Components

Andora incorporates the following open-source software, each subject to their own licenses:

ADB (Android Debug Bridge) — Apache License 2.0
Scrcpy — Apache License 2.0
Electron — MIT License
FFmpeg — LGPL/GPL License

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied . Andora does not warrant that the Software will be error-free or uninterrupted.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Andora be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to device damage, data loss, or business interruption arising from the use of the Software.

8. Refund Policy

Pro licenses are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase if you are not satisfied with the Software.

9. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. Andora may terminate your license at any time if you fail to comply with the terms of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software.
